KS3 & KS4

· Teaching staff = Miss Poole, Mr McMinn, Mr Ashton, Mr Whiteside & Mrs McMinn-Johnston.

· Teaching time = 2 hours in Years 8-10 & 1 hour per week in Years 11-12.

· Location = Youth Annex.

· Activities include:

· Athletics

· Gymnastics

· Outdoor Education

· Games (Hockey, Football, Rugby, Volleyball, Badminton & Tennis).

GCSE

· Location = Youth Annex & R26.

· Exam Board – CCEA.

· Component 1: Factors underpinning Health & Performance 25%.

· Component 2: Developing Performance 25% (written paper).

· Component 3: Individual Performances in Physical Activities & Sports (50%).
